They are a smaller company, not as frequently seen as others. The 2004 model you are looking at I believe is "pre Thor" so that shouldn't be an issue. Most 2004 model units were actually built in 2003, Thor bought Crossroads in 2004.
Based on the age you are looking at, many brands quality was decent in that time frame, hopefully someone who can speak from direct personal experience with those units will be able to tell you more shortly.
