We own a 2015 we bought new. Had 2 MAJOR issues that came up at month 13 and 14. Warrantee expired at month 12 and they wouldn't cover one of the issues.
Tire snapped off all 6 lugs from a tire. Tire flew through sidewall of trailer. Cruiser had a recall for this exact issue on the same model as ours, just 1 year different. At first they wouldn't cover, then after many phone calls they finally replaced hubs and lugs all around. I still had to do an insurance claim for the damage to the unit.
While unit was being repaired, it was discovered Cruiser failed to put wood in the channels of the base trailer. This wood is what holds the body of the trailer to the base. Cruiser refused to assist in the repair (along with Camping World with my extended warrantee). I was stuck with a 4.5K repair.
I would not go with Cruiser.....
