Thor or Forest River, pick your poison! Some divisions are worse than others on build quality/customer service. We had a '06 Cedar Creek and after several years of owning it, one of the local techs at dealer told me then we had a better built coach than the new Creeks. Sold that Creek and now have a Big Country (Heartland/Thor) and had 1 issue which was taken care of by Heartland. Otherwise very good coach. Since this quote was made by what sounds to be a person who mows, MTD makes mowers for several companies, can you say the same about them? Even John Deere makes a lower quality line to compete w/ the likes of MTD. Not until you move up into a HD JD line will you see a vast difference in things.
