Curt 5th wheel hitch

Anybody ever heard of them?
Now, looking for a 18# hitch for my Rv. Need help, recommendations.
I know this is like asking what tire or oil to use. I just don't have a clue.
Your experience will help me sort things out!

again, thanks for any help

  • Curt E5 (16K, I think) with a slider. 4 years, no problems. They have been around awhile, They make a lot of commercial truck hitches and equipment.
  • I also have a Curt Q-5 20k hitch and love it. Very good price and also free shipped to the house. You can't go wrong with it.
  • I have the Curt Q20 and am very pleased with it. You can't go wrong with a Curt as far5 as I'm concerned.
  • I am starting out with nothing! No rails, so everything will have to be put in! My super glide for my short bed won't work in a long bed according to Pullrite?
So I am starting out with nothing

    Bruce.
  • I have a Curt bumper pull hitch. I believe they are manufactured in your country, and Reese (Cequent) has moved production to Mexico. Something to think about.
  • I have a Curt Q5 20k. No issues so far and cost was reasonable. You just need to decide if having the hitch rails in your truck bed is an issue for you. If not, Curt is just as good a hitch as any other.

    Good Luck.
  • I have the Curt 20k and think it's great.Five years of fulltiming and it never fails. For the price it can't be beat.
