Has anyone used a Curt 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R20 Slider? Any Curt owners, what has been your experience?

My dad has that hitch and slider and pulls a 14k fiver with his short bed ram 3500. Absolutly no problems at all and he loves it. He has about 15k miles towing on this hitch and it has been flawless.
It's just HEAVY! We have to take it apart and remove it from his truck in three pieces (head, body, slider assembly).
