- kopy_katExplorerI have the Curt E16 with the slide bar across the back of the king pin--no trouble at all. I did paint the slide bar white so that all I have to do is peek over the tailgate to see that it's closed all the way across the king pin.
Larry - abom2ExplorerHave had the 16K since 2007. I full-time work out of my RV. From TX to ND, ND to IL, IL back to TX. Still going strong. Wish my 5th wheel was nearly as rugged. lol
But then again, 5th wheel has been to hades and back and some really sever weather. -20 winters and cat 2 hurricanes on the gulf. I remind myself of this when I get irritated with it. - RogerracerExplorerOur Q20 works great. I like the red light/green light in the little window that shows when it's locked in place.
- OhiojudeExplorerWe have a Curt q20 and love it. We bought in on EBAY brand new for under$400. Look around before you buy.
- dkrickbaumExplorerI have a 16K Curt sliding hitch. I've had a lot of problem with the slide working.

The B&W is 100% designed and manufactured in the USA!
They also kept their employees on the payroll when the economy took a dump and had them do community projects.
If in the market for a new hitch or tired of the clanking seriously look at the B&W. - StefoniusExplorer

I love love love my Curt Q20!
I have the Q 20 and find it a very well built and easy to use hitch. I do question the post as to not made in the USA however. The Curt web site wants people to make sure they see made in USA.
The two part hitch makes it easy to remove if needed, the wrap around jaws to me give me a secure feeling.
The company is in Wisconsin, and the literature proudly states that fact, but the hitch itself has "Made in China" stamped right into the metal. Maybe it has parts made overseas, and is assembled in Wisconsin? - vietvet66-67ExplorerAnother satisfied Q2o user. Great Hitch for sure.
