Anyone out there found a better spot to overnight than Amarillo on the run from DFW to Colorado Springs? Maybe Raton? Thanks Tom

We also often stay at Ft Amarillo RV in Amarillo and agree with above. If you do stay there, when leaving just head west on I-40 to US 385 and head straight north to Dalhart.
Forgot about Capulin. Have not stayed there but it gets consitently good reviews on rvparkreviews.com.
