Dealer quoted $700 to run wire for backup cam, Need Advise

So feeling lazy I asked the Dealer to quote me a price to run a wire from kingpin to rear wall for my backup camera. The job looks difficult but not awful from my vantage point. They came back...

Is it really that easy to run 1 wire or 10 wires from the front of sealed underbelly 5th wheel to the back wall area without messing up something else in the process? I can see getting it through the basement but from there it seems not so easy to me if panels have to be removed and wires fished through them.

Average hourly rate I have found is around $100-$110.
