Both of these 5ers are HT or "Lite" class.
If you check the door tag on your truck I think you'll find a 6000 lb front axle rating and a 6500 lb rear axle rating.
Either one of these trailers is a great match for your truck. The GD will likely bump you past your 10k GVWR but that's just a function of the max allowed GVWR in a class 2 truck, so in my opinion it's a non-issue.
Edit - I've been shopping some for when I replace my fifth wheel and that Jayco is one that has stood out to me some. I with it had a bigger water tank, though.
