You may be close but I believe it's doable. Both rigs are nice and both companies make good RVs for the most part, but my choice goes to the Grand Design unit. The bunkhouse portion is better suited for an older child, teen, or young adult. Good luck with the unit you decide on, both companies have great warranties and are known to take care of the vast majority of their customers.
