Delamination

The back wall of our 2014 369RL Solitude is delaminating slightly. We have no clue what is required to repair this problem. It doesn't look like an easy fix. Please share your personal experiences with this type of problem and what you think is the approach to repair it.

The only true way to repair it is to remove the skin, check for water intrusion, then replace the damaged plywood/luan and skin. Quick fix? Drill a small hole, inject spray foam, place plywood over affected area and hold in place with pressure, using a wall, fence, whatever and 1X's.
