Hi ahagen, congratulations on the deal! One feature on the 35RLTS that I'd not encountered on any previous trailer is that there are 2 sets of low point drains on the water system (plus the tank drain at the back). One wants to make darn sure they flush both with anti-freeze when winterizing. Also, if you are new to this rv business, make sure you use a good quality antifreeze, like Prestone because some of the cheap stuff has been found to freeze at our -30+ temps regardless of what they claim.
