Loydt: Cruz said we're 13'2". I'll try to measure today to confirm.

Just cleaned the roof for the first time. Very interesting! Very slippery! All loose dirt came up easily with Spic-N-Span and Murphy's Oil Soap combo. However -- olive green streaks leading from both ACs did not come up! What is that and how do we care for it?
