There is an insulated board in between the supply and return side with kind of a weatherstrip like foam around it. I've pulled and pushed the foam a little on each one to really seal them. To the sides of that there is a frame. On the outer sides of the frame it is sealed with foam. There are a few spots of foam that I need to re-seal. I would just get a small can of low expanding foam. That should fix any major outer leaks and the inside can be adjusted with the foam.
