Hope everyone is doing well. The lack of additions to this link tells me everyone is on the road and enjoying thier campers. The DW and I are burning through diesel like it's free :( but that's life. I've always said, if you get good service tell 10 people..... On one of our many trips this summer we got detoured by a closed bridge and wound up going through a "construction zone". When we rounded a sharp right turn I didn't see a 4' hole in the road and I drove "through" it with the 5vr. The image in the rear view was horrifying as I see it slew sidesways at better than a 60 degree angle, luckily I had enough momentum to pull out of it. After the DW and I calmed down we went out to check the damage. The only thing I could see is scarring on both tires and the Mor Ryde setup was scraped up, no major damage. The inside was a bit shook up as well, but no damage there either Lucky for me. When we finally made it to the campground later that day is when I found what I broke. When unhooking the 5vr I noticed I couldn't get the jaws to open on the hitch. After some raising and banging it came free. Upon inspecting the hitch I discovered this.........

Now I'm in hot water with the DW once again. Luckily we were in place for the next 2 weeks so we had time to get it fixed.
Which brings me to the reason for this post
One call to B&W technical support and the new parts were sent out FEDEX 2day directly to our campsite (during the week of the 4th of July)
The tech explained to me that the supports are made to give in the event something causes the camper to roll over.
Total Cost? $0.00
"Thank You for being a customer, have a good day."
Now that's service!
And yes, now the DW REALLY side seat drives
Looking forward to everyone's adventures...may be time to start a new link.
