Guess I had a dealer I could trust these days to service our Designer. As most of you know our dealer sold out to a larger dealer and due to my past dealings with this larger dealer I have no trust in their service department (or the whole company for that matter)...may have to take it to a local mechanic who can do the yearly preventative maintenance on the wheel bearings
