You think that part is difficult to troubleshoot...hopefully this will never happen but let's hope you don't ever come across where on of your slides won't retract as happend to us...there is no outside crank to put it back in...you have to crawl underneath the Designer, unscrew 16 screws (yes I counted) and remove an access panel, stick your head up and find the slide motor, then SLOWLY ratchet the slide back in...was not fun!
