I have not had any major problems with mine, some minor like shower door leak, tape on ceiling joints falling down. If it is an early 2008, make sure the furnace ducts have been fixed to divert so much heat from bedroom. You will need the 2nd AC in bedroom, especially in warm weather. If it has the micro/convection oven, I would reccommend the max air fan in kitchen. Have had it in temps in the upper 90's to nights below 10 with wind chill under 0, and have stayed comfortable. We have the thermal panes too, and they are nice. We are very happy with ours, and you can't beat the floorplan. If we had to do it again, I would buy another.
