Rob_flo,
We purchased our 08' rlts in November of 2008...we have been living in ours since then and i have to say...this was a GREAT choice for a fifth wheel. Been to Seattle, Boise, Phoenix and now parked in San Diego...We have owned other 5th wheels and a 2004 Discovery, but i think this unit is easily the most livable of them all. Dual pane glass is a must for us (dampens the neighbors noise)and we use the washer/dryer combo exclusively (never been to a laundrymat). We pull ours with a 2008 F-450 and it pulls beautifully.
To date, we haven't had any problems...The one thing we don't have yet is our generator (got the gen. prep), but that will come this spring.
The guys on this site are great...go back and read the entries and you'll learn everything you need to know about this unit (that's how we made our decision). Good luck with your purchase...;)
