One annoyance on our RLTS was when cooking, there was insufficient lighting. With the stove cover upright to give access to the burners, it blocked out the light from the microwave oven and the under cabinet puck light.
To remedy this, I picked up a reading light off ebay for about 7 bucks and installed it on the wall next to the fridge. I drilled a hole in the panelling and ran the wires to the rear of the refrigerator where I found 12v lines running to the puck light. Tied into the wiring and mounted the light on the wall. Now we have plenty of light so we can see what we're cooking.
