We actually used ours this weekend.... no issues. Ours seems pretty solid.

Is the hinge welded? I didn't happen to notice. If you find out who makes it let us know. I'd like a replacent pillow.

I also ran into an RLTS this weekend. Nice semi retired couple but they have had a lot of small issues. I have her email and I'm going to point her this way.
