@eaherrmann -- I didn't get notified of your post -- not that I have any ideas for you anyway. Sorry.

We took the microwave/convection oven to an appliance repair place here in Naples for a free estimate. They can't find anything wrong with it. Ergo, great news for the Apollo...but now to track the problem...any ideas?
