1. Pull the drawer all the way out.
2. On either side you will see a black plastic thingy (that's the technical word) that's kinda like a spring. On the one side (I think the left), the movable part goes UP; the OTHER side, it goes DOWN.
3. Squash both thingies at the same time and the drawer will come all the way out.
4. To put back in, no squashing is necessary. Line them up, push, and they will click.
I have had several of these drawers bust out the bottoms in 5 years. don't be afraid to use extra screws. If they go thru, just cover the sharp end with a bit of foam and/or duct tape so you don't scratch anything or draw blood.
