I wrote to Jayco Customer Service to let them know I'm unhappy with the hum and to find out what can be done about it. Here's their response:
"Thank you for taking the time to contact Jayco. The only thing that you could do would be to purchase a new transfer switch and have it installed. Because the transfer switch is functioning as it was designed Jayco is not willing to cover any of the repair."
ARGH!!!
