- M_GO_BLUE1ExplorerAre the valves on the outside of the trailer or inside?
- whporwilExplorerOn my RLSA I have two drains in front of the tires and one in the back corner all on the street side and all labeled low point drains. Again on mine it's all right there, just turn the valve. Didn't you have damage to your camper and perhaps in the repair thease decals were removed and not replaced?
- M_GO_BLUE1ExplorerSo the 2 locations for the low drains have handles somewhere inside??? Oh boy this may be fun to find these...
As for the winterizing after you have run the pink stuff through all the lines (including outside shower) turn off the water pump and open the faucets, then go outside and push in on the check valve at the city water connection until the pink runs out... - DaSuExplorerOn my Eagle , I had a problem with these drains . No matter which way I turned them , they did not drain . Stupid me , I did not PULL UP on them until last year . It was beneficial that I did use anti freeze to winterize , as enough worked through those lines to protect them . QUESTION ????? What is the best way to prevent from blowing the "O" ring from the city water in let while winterizing , I have forgotten again how to do this. Thanks.
- M_GO_BLUE1ExplorerOk for those of us who need to start thinking about winterizing...
I saw that there are two low drain points sticking out of the bottom of the Designer...one in the rear drivers side and one in the front passenger side...has anyone opened these yet and just how do you go about opening them? (yes I have not looked yet...) - eaherrmannExplorerWe added a 4" memory foam topper....sleep like a baby every night. Not quite like our Tempurpedic in the stick house though.
- cruzExplorerActually we both sleep pretty good on ours ... I will admit we just bought a sleep number for the house, and plan on putting it in the fiver when we travel though !!! :B
CRUZ - loydtExplorerIs there anybody else who hates the mattress Jayco put in? Our '05 Designer had a regular spring mattress and this one has the foam type. It is terrible! My wife and I wake up in a hole in the middle of it and have to actually crawl to get out! It just caves in the middle when two people are on it.
- cruzExplorerCome-N-Go,
When the slides are closed the chair and "L" portion of the couch are pretty much touching! I travel with the lounge chairs back to back and strapped together. There should be plenty of room if you keep one of the original lounge chairs in the front (next to the "L"), and add the larger one towards the back ...
CRUZ - M_GO_BLUE1ExplorerMine stays on 5 and have never had any heat either in the pantry
