- CHV_FRKExplorerDepending where you are you may have. But I too would say rescan first. There is an add on that I want to get for our antennas to help with the signal.
Has anyone had a leak with their antenna yet. I think we've had a couple drips through our handle. I don't know if it was just because of retracting it in the rain or not? - TravlingmanExplorer II

You have to re-scan the channels again to let it pick up as they have changed. - whporwilExplorerFriday night at midnight we lost all channels in our camper. We have a 2008 RLSA and I didn't think we would need a converter box. How about the rest of you?
- CHV_FRKExplorerI mentioned it to our dealer and found out from them that the plastic should be a dealer prep issue.
WOW the liability! Not on Jayco, but on the dealer. Honestly I don't think they should ship with batteries at all, that should be a clear dealer provided item. That way it's a little bit of a clearer issue and wouldn't be missed. - M_GO_BLUE1ExplorerDefinietly was dealer's mistake...
- eaherrmannExplorerYup, ours were in plastic as well. We caught that issue at walk through. Thought it was dealer's mistake. Never thought Jayco would install them like that

The other one will be the CO detector up in bedroom area. I know it works because my built in generator will set it off frequently!
That's why I went to check the batteries in the smoke detector. my DW ALWAYS sets off the smoke detector when cooking certain foods. When she filled the 5'er up with smoke on one of our recent trips ... no squeal from the ol' detector, so I suspected dead batteries ... BUT, as Sir Drake suggests, those puppies were brand spankin new !!! :S

- M_GO_BLUE1ExplorerYeah, Yeah I know...my mistake! Funny thing I make sure the fire extinguishers work at the start of each year and once during the year but have no excuse for the smoke detectors...
- CHV_FRKExplorerShame on you for not doing your monthly tests!....
Of course I am in fire protection so.....
