- CHV_FRKExplorerWow, it looks like you are really set up. Dish, name on a sign, tikis, and your own trash can. That is relaxed.
I see you even have coordinating brown tread covers on the stairs! A+ - eaherrmannExplorerWell our maiden voyage went without one single problem (due largely to y'alls experiences and feed back)Some thing we did find, those wonderful flaps over the slides sure are noisy. We found a suggestion in another forum that explains the use of a rope and bungee cord, we may try that. All in all, the trailer pulls like it's not even there and the truck impressed me like no other. There's a sad side though...we're not going to be able to update our adventures as often as we'd like....it's going to be a challenge if we're out camping as often as were likely going to be.:B

Happy Camping!! - CHV_FRKExplorerloydt... I e-mailed you from the forum, but hadn't heard back. If you could PM me with your e-mail and I'll send you the pics I took over the weekend.
- M_GO_BLUE1ExplorerLoyd...it's cold enough here that snow is a definite possibility today!
- loydtExplorerWatch it Blue, I'll send another foot of snow up that way!!!!!
- M_GO_BLUE1ExplorerOk Loyd stop your whining...:)...if I had the bike rack setup I would send to you but I don't...
Changed the oil on the Onan genny this past weekend for the first time and I have a few tips...buy yourself about 2' of clear plastic tubing (forgot the size but will let you know) and connect this to the rubber hosing under the genny where to oil drains from (easier to place the oil receptacle on the ground with the extended length of hose)...have patience when refilling with the 2 quarts of oil as you can refill faster than the air is let out
I used 15-40 oil provided by Onan... - L_MMusicExplorerWe did try pulling down on each leg while turning the motor, to no avail. It does sound like it's running normally.
What kind of repair job (time/expense) is involved with a sheered pin? - CHV_FRKExplorerLoydt...I'm sending you pics...although crappy from my cell, but enough for you to see. It is sandwiched between the hitch. Looking at how close it is to the tank I would say that you have a filler between that you need to take out.
L&MMusic. I would start by prying down a little on each foot to make sure they are not jammed up, or bend backward and hanging up. What is your motor doing? If it sounds like it's turning you've probably sheered the pin. If not you are jammed up somehow. Let us know what works out. If you didn't have bad luck........ :P - L_MMusicExplorerPS Loydt -- We like ya just fine...just don't have any input to offer.
- L_MMusicExplorerOh...what did I do??? While leaving our friend's house today, we scraped the rear stablizers on the hill (just as we've done in the past in other places on occasion) and now they won't come down. Any hints, guys?
