Destination near Las Vegas for weekend OHV, and Snow

I am looking for a spot to go camping for a 3 day weekend that is approximately 200 miles or less from Las Vegas, NV. Fairly close to snow, and OHV friendly. I don't want to camp right at the snow li...

St. George, UT has a Cracker Barrel just East off I-15 at the south end of town.

There are places to ride south of St. George off of Navajo Rd, and if you go north to Beaver, UT there are tons of trails.
