It is Dicor. Not all of it peeled in that manner but a lot of it did. The previous owner of the rig had a RV Center service it every year since 2001. They kept piling on the lap sealant without care to areas that were losing adhesion. Water did the rest.
Previous owner? Since 2001? Come on man...you don't know what was used over all those years unless you claim you did the work on the seal you are pulling up in those pics.
