DS was posting a lot, since getting his new FW. We all tend to get more active, when getting a new truck or RV, due to added enthusiasm. The FW forum was almost dead, if not for Dutchmen's posts. While he did respond to most any subject, I never noticed any type of condescending posts, especially toward newcomers.
I do think the attack on him has something to do with his lack of activity, and maybe reason for deleting. I would not call it thin skin, but better described as hurt feeling, when he felt he was trying to help people, and criticized for doing so.
IMO, Dutchmen Sport is more of an asset to this forum, than the member condemning him for being a know it all.
Dutchmen Sport...you are one of the few that had TOO MUCH TRUCK for the trailer prior to getting that nice new FW. :)
