I had a Jayco & can tell you that 2 yr warranty means squat. After 1 yr, I had water damage to the front 5 ft of floor. In building my TT, Jayco set the outer walls on top of the floor instead of covering the edge of the floors thereby allowing any water (rain) running down the outside walls to be soaked into the edge of the floor.
I contacted the dealer & factory & was asked to provide photos of the damage. Repeated phone calls over several months got me nowhere, only "We're working on it & we'll get back to you on this". That was 8 yrs ago & I'm still waiting for a response, haha. Finally sold it "as is". Another issue I had with it was the black tank was directly under the shower so they figured it was simpler, easier & cheaper to let the tub drain straight down into the black tank. Imagine my surprise when taking my morning shower only to have the black tank back up into the tub with me standing in it. Jayco finally agreed to replumb it & add a second gray tank just for the tub. At this point there was no way of running a drain pipe from the tub to the existing gray tank. They added a second gray tank with a new vent pipe & and it's own dump valve.
Moved on to a Dutchmen. It is lightyears better than the Jayco was. I would NEVER even consider another Jayco.
