Question: I have a 38 ft fiver 2012 it has tow max str st235/80R16 and i would to change them. with their reputation being a bad tire, iam thinking xps ribs as the way to go. LTorSt i donot understand the difference. Can i get ribs to size? Thanks for your help,i hope this will not open a can of worms. And are ribs good?
I think all of the Heartland BC models 38' or larger have derated 7000# axles. The only LT tire rated high enough for their GAWR is the LT235/85R16G.

On Edit: Heartland offers the Goodyear G614 RST tire option. Normally the Heartland aluminum rims are rated for the increased load capacity and psi rating requirements of the GY tire. Heartland may offer you a better purchase price on the G614 than the normal retail outlets.
