Not to confuse things, but I have been running whole home DVR functions on my own ethernet both at home and in the trailer. I recently upgraded to the HR34-700 Genie at home. Despite what you hear the HR34-700 Genie will also run Whole Home DVR service on its ethernet port. I have a H22-200 that works just fine off the HR34-700 for playback of recorded programming on ethernet.
