Distance between truck bumper and 5th wheel? Anderson Hitch

I just installed an Anderson Ultimate 5th wheel rail mount hitch. Both the hitch and hitch pin converter are both in the forward position which puts ball about 48" behind truck cab. Reese rails call...

That's great! Many thanks for the update. For my RAM truck, the electrical to the bumper plug pulls off. They sell a cable that plugs directly into the back of the bumper plug with a 'y' that goes to the bed plug. Don't know if your '92 Ford is wired that way. But, if so, it is a very easy fix.
