Liability on the tow vehicle covers the trailer when towing. When parked, unattached to tow vehicle, your homeowners should kick in for any slip and falls and **** like that. The 2 policies need to be compared to make sure there is no gap. If you don't have a homeowners policy, talk to an agent to find liability coverage for when parked.
