Maybe I'm paranoid but we roll it up at the slightest hint of a problem and we never, ever leave it up unattended. Once we left it up a little too long and then it was a donnybrook trying to get it up in the high wind. I do think that it depends some on your orientation towards prevailing weather and what part of the country you are in. We are from Montana, where weather can change and become violent in a heartbeat.
