dometic 310 seal
I installed a new seal but it stll will not hold water for a seal. Is there an adjustment for this?

I don't believe there is an adjustment. Throw on a latex glove and work the lip of the seal up and down with your finger to give it some pliability. Then rub a thin film of petroleum jelly on It (both sides). This has always worked for me.
