Dometic Thermostat
Arrived at location. Rear AC came on at Zone 1. Zone two has disappeared. Thermostat is no picking it up. Zone one works fine. Any ideas why this is happening? Maybe lost power to that zone?Worked fine last time we used it.

- Reset the thermostat.
Some models just take removing fuse for 15-20 seconds then letting in reboot.
Other models need to have the connector in the wall separated and then reconnected.
It will take a time for system to reboot.
Another problem is RF interference from flourescent ballasts failing. If equipped, turn off all flourescents before rebooting thermostat. - Exactly where is the 12 volt fuse located? Also having problem. None of the fuses labeled as ac/thermostat. Is it up on the roof in the unit? thanks,
- Pull the cover off the thermostat
- If this is a CCC2 thermostat there are NO fuses for it. One RJ45 telephone connector at back of it. If a reset of thermostat didn’t bring zone back up then you need to check the RJ45 connectors to each AC up on roof under neath their covers.
