Actually with new weight ratings on Fords, Chevy/GM and Ram in 2011 throuf 2013', GVWR's are up as well as GCWR's and the 1 ton dually is starting to handle more than some would feel comfortable with towing
GVWR on the 13' Ram is 14,000# and GCWR is a little over 37,000#, thus the reason I asked the op what model year Ram Dually they had.
