Yes, please double-check your length. For years I though AZ was 75' OAL, but when I checked ARS a couple years ago, I found that it was only 65', though I believe "overhang" from the rear trailer axle can be as much as 10', for 75'. I think this is where I got the 75' number from.

For fun I will measure my overall length and will post a pic. I am guessing around 66' +.

I just did a quick-check on this, and 65' seems to be pretty hard and fast, but without reading the entire ARS under transportation, I can't confirm the "overhang" part. I was pretty sure that the OAL was nose to rear axle, with an allowable overhang "not to exceed X'", but I can't find it. If you're close to 65', I doubt you'll have a problem here, unless you run into the occasional a-hole LEO/MVD that cares more about the rules than common sense.
