I don't think that you have to have a commercial license in Ohio. I talked to our local sheriff last year about it and he told me that there is only a length requirement in Ohio and they do not even check it. They only care if you don't look like you are in control. I also talked to a guy in Fl on vacation who pulls his boat from MI every year for the past 10 years and has never got stopped once. He even drives through states that do not allow it.
