LOOKING AT THE KOA'S ALONG THE WAY.... ANYONE FIND SOME... WON'T STOP THERE AGAIN ALONG THE WAY...GOING ABOUT 5-6 HRS A DAY.. FIRST DAY WILL BE NEAR TALLAHASSEE, THEN BATON ROUGE.....ETC...ANY ADVICE....

Pick up US 90 in San Antonio. Stop in Langtry, TX and visit the Judge Roy Bean Museum. You can dry camp in Town. Just ask the person at the Museum desk where to park. Free or a small donation.
Stop in Marfa, TX to view the Marfa Lights. Plan your travels so you get to the Viewing area late evening. Have dinner and get set to see the lights when it gets dark. You can also spend the night. Dry Camping.
