I am told by dry and by a few lots that have then that the pin weight dry is 3300 and gvw is 19200.

Didn't understand your third sentence , BUT if GVW of the 5er is 19,200#, pin weight could be closer 3800#...Is the 3500 a Dually? With a GVW of 19,200#, you're looking at Dually territory, at least I would.
