I am here to tell you the DRV's are heavier then one may think!
My 07.5 35SB3 had a GVR of 17,500# and at the time of trade it weighed about 20K.
Now we ordered a 39TKSB3 MS that had a supposed scale weight at the factory of 18K and a 21K GVR that now weighs about 23K. We did add a 6500LP Gen at the Dealer. Pin weight is 5,500#. IMHO unless you want to get a MDT the RAM Cummins Aisin 4.10 dually is the only real choice with rear air ride. Yes a 450 would do but you will be adding air bags for sure.
