The 2013 thru 2016 Ram 3500 dually will handle the trailer without issue. In 2013 they upgraded the suspension etc. In 2014 and 2015 they upgraded their hp and torque. In 2016 they upgraded the axle. The air suspension is a nice option but not necessary. I use Air Ride bags on mine and I have used them on the last three of my Rams. Firestone bags is another option. I have them hooked up to a compressor. I also owned a 2012 and my 2014 is even a sweeter towing machine. They will tow the unit safely. I do not know anything about the F350 or F450 they may or may not have the numbers. I see DRV's towed by Rams, Fords and GM products all the time.
I had stated this earlier and agree with you..RAWR for the Ram is 9750#. These 3500 Dually's have come along way starting in 2013. .What they can tow safely is a bit mind boggling when you compare to 2010 thru 2012 model 3500 dually's I owned with 4.10
