DRV vs Excel
Between these two, which would you choose, assuming there's no preference in their floorplans? I realize you can't go wrong with either choice but I'd like to look further into little details... ...

You are gaining a bit of space just behind the door but I'm not sure what else you are gaining with this feature... Might be more valuable on short floorplans where the space is more at a premium...
I imagine relocating the door gives a lot of flexibility to the floorplans.
