I have a 2009 F450 DRW with 19.5 tires. The PSI on the sidewall cold is 110. I have to have my tire service done a tire shop that handles semis. I asked them whether I should go by the tire pressure chart on the door jam or the cold pressure rating on the sidewall. They said to always go by the PSI on the sidewall of the tire. So, I have followed that rule and never regretted it.
