We have 2015 3818, and love it. It feels like home, has all of the features we wanted to dress up our camping life a bit. I will admit it is not without it's faults though. We ended up with a leak in the bedroom slide 6 months out of warranty and that cost us almost 4k to fix. I've spent several days fixing/updating stuff that you would expect to be right from the factory for the price tag. I am super anal about my equipment though so I'll admit some of the stuff I've done wasn't needed, but I like to make it mine. If you go with one, check your A/C's and plan on installing electric dump valves. Take care of it and it will take care of you. I personally think they are all about equal in the way of build quality, the industry standard is set pretty low!
