I can answer some questions as I had a Dutchman Voltage Triton 2951. Pretty much same rig your looking at.
Wall framing is all Alum welded, no wood. Frame is your typical Lippert poor weld poor engineering quality
Mine got totalled at 1.5 yrs old. Bent frame and kingpin structure in the neck as well as all outriggers on frame clasped or folded. Hit a good hump in the road but was destined to fail regardless.
