Electric refrigerator in toy hauler...Dry camping experience

I have 2 batteries in my 21 foot. I don't have a TV in the camper, no inverter, barely use electricity when dry camping. And I still have 2 batteries. Crazy they'd sell a big toy hauler like that with only one battery.
